Please notice a few exciting changes.
Employees and Substitutes may now enter email address into your profile under your address and telephone number to receive email notifications regarding jobs in Subfinder. You will be notified when the job has been assigned to a substitute or canceled. Substitutes will be notified if the job has been changed or prearranged. And much more!!
Also, Employees can upload and attach a file for the substitute directly into SubFinder. For example if you have a changing schedule you can keep that on your desktop and attach it everytime you report an absence with a click of a button! You can still type in "Special Instructions" or Voice "Special Instructions" on the phone.
If you feel you need instructions they are available in Public Folders under Sub Desk.
